    Property must be a newly constructed single-family home, townhome, or condominium located within the City of Fargo. Buyer must be the first owner after the builder and reside in the property as their primary residence.

How to Apply for Fargo New Residential Construction Property Tax Exemption

Step 1: Contact the City of Fargo Assessor's Office to verify eligibility. Submit an application after closing on a qualifying newly constructed home.
