How to Apply for Jamestown Renaissance Zone Tax Exemption
Step 1: Renaissance Zone projects must be approved by the Jamestown City Council AND the North Dakota Department of Commerce Division of Community Services BEFORE the qualifying activity (purchase, new construction, lease, or rehabilitation) takes place.
