  • Geographic restrictions: NACA has an active Jacksonville, FL office. Properties must be owner-occupied primary residences.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for NACA Purchase Program

Step 1: Become a NACA member, attend a free Homebuyer Workshop, then work one-on-one with a NACA counselor to prepare financially. The counselor helps with budgeting, debt reduction, and savings plans.

Notes

No minimum credit score requirement. NACA evaluates 12 months of on-time rent and debt payment history instead. Program is ongoing and not subject to annual funding cycles.
