  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home in Maryland as primary residence.

How to Apply for Maryland HomeAbility

Step 1: Contact an MMP-approved lender. You or a co-borrower must have a documented disability, or you must be the guardian and primary caregiver for an immediate family member with a disability who lives with you.
