Arizona's statewide down payment assistance runs through the Arizona Industrial Development Authority (Arizona IDA). Home Plus pairs a 30-year fixed first mortgage with up to 4% of the loan amount as a 0% second that is forgiven after 5 years, open in every county with a $155,386 income limit and no first-time buyer rule. Arizona Is Home, run with the Arizona Department of Housing, adds 4% for first-time buyers at or below 100% of area median income in rural counties (not Maricopa, Pima or Chino Valley). Its 2026 funds ran out in October 2026 and reopen with next year's allocation.
