How to Apply for Ann Arbor Community Land Trust Homeownership Program

Step 1: Sign up for the A2CLT Buyer List to receive notifications when homes become available. Complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education course. When homes are available, submit an application for eligibility review. If multiple qualified buyers apply, selection is by lottery.
