How to Apply for Ann Arbor Community Land Trust Homeownership Program
Step 1: Sign up for the A2CLT Buyer List to receive notifications when homes become available. Complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education course. When homes are available, submit an application for eligibility review. If multiple qualified buyers apply, selection is by lottery.

A2CLT owns the land and leases it long-term to homebuyers. Buyers must obtain a mortgage. Resale appreciation capped at 1.5% per year. Established in 2024.
