How to Apply for Aurora Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP)
Step 1: Program is currently being restructured and is not accepting new applications. Contact the City of Aurora Division of Neighborhood Redevelopment at 630-264-3060 for current status. Applicants must contribute a minimum of 1% of the purchase price from their own funds and attend an approved homebuyer education workshop.
