How to Apply for City of Birmingham Ready to Own Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Apply online through the City of Birmingham Community Development website at cobcd.com/ready-to-own. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course through Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham or Operation Hope.
