  • Income limits:
    Low-to-moderate income (LMI) households
  • First-time buyer required: Yes
    Has not owned a home in the past three years.
  • Geographic restrictions:
    Buffalo and Dawson Counties, Nebraska. Maximum purchase price is $145,000 for existing homes and $255,000 for new construction. Mobile homes are not eligible.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
