How to Apply for Carver County CDA Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program
Step 1: Pre-applications are currently closed due to overwhelming demand. Check carvercda.org for updates. When open, applicants must complete a pre-screening, pay a $100 application fee, attend a Home Stretch class, and submit to full underwriting.
