How to Apply for Central Falls Closing Cost Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact PCF Development at 401-726-1173 ext. 12. Must have a fully executed Purchase and Sales Agreement for a property in Central Falls. Rolling application process, first-come first-served until funds are committed. Can be combined with IDA savings, FSS program, or other DPA programs.
