- Geographic restrictions: Five targeted neighborhoods: Englewood Square, North Lawndale, South Lawndale, Humboldt Park/Garfield Park, and Woodlawn. Properties must be newly constructed (up to 4 units) built under a City Land Sale Redevelopment Agreement or City Lots for Working Families Agreement.
