Forgiven if buyer remains in home for 5 years. If buyer sells before 5 years, the grant must be repaid. Buyer signs a 5-year real estate retention agreement at closing.

    Income limits set by Federal Home Loan Bank AHP guidelines (typically at or below 80% AMI for Wyandotte County).
