How to Apply for City of Lansing Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Complete a homebuyer education course. Submit application to Capital Area Housing Partnership at 1900 S. Cedar Street, Suite C3, Lansing, MI 48910 or email leighanna@capitalareahousing.org. Home must pass City of Lansing DPA inspection. Buyer must contribute at least 1% of listing price and a minimum personal investment of $1,000.
