How to Apply for City of Warren Direct Homebuyer Assistance Program
Contact the City of Warren Community Development Department at (586) 574-4686 to inquire about available city-owned properties. Complete HUD-approved homebuyer counseling through MSU Extension Macomb Office at (586) 469-7614 (offered free of charge). Obtain a fully amortizing, fixed-rate 30-year mortgage from an approved lender. The City will present your application to the Committee for authorization to sell the property.
