How to Apply for City of Westland Homebuyer Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact National Faith Homebuyers at 313-255-9500 or visit nationalfaith.org. You must complete an approved homebuyer education program, qualify for a conventional or FHC mortgage, and have liquid assets less than $15,000. The home must meet federal Housing Quality Standards.
