How to Apply for Cleveland Heights Down Payment Assistance Program
Contact the Home Repair Resource Center (HRRC) at 216-381-6100 ext. 14 or dwallace@hrrc-ch.org to begin the application. You must complete pre-purchase and home maintenance counseling from a HUD-approved agency, contribute a minimum 3.5% down payment toward your first mortgage, and the property must pass a code inspection.
