Eligibility
- Income limits: No income restriction. Buyers at or below 120% AMI must provide 3% down payment; buyers above 120% AMI must provide 5%.
- First-time buyer required: No
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a new-construction or newly renovated home in an NTI-designated neighborhood: Glenville-Circle North, Buckeye-Woodhill, East 79th Street corridor, or Clark-Fulton.
- Homebuyer education required: No
