How to Apply for Central Ohio Community Land Trust (COCLT) Affordable Homeownership

Step 1: Contact COCLT at 614-724-5263 or info@coclt.org. The land trust retains ownership of the land while the homebuyer owns the home, keeping it permanently affordable.
