How to Apply for Community Keys Plus Impact Down Payment Assistance

Step 1: Apply through NeighborWorks Home Partners at 651-292-8710 or hello@nwhomepartners.org. Buyer must contribute the lesser of ,000 or 1% of the purchase price from verifiable own funds (no gifts). Funds awarded first-come, first-served once a fully signed purchase agreement is in place.

No credit/DTI underwriting required for Community Keys layer. Requires a back-end housing-payment-to-income ratio between 25% and 30% after assistance.
