How to Apply for CommunityWorks in WV Home Purchase and Down Payment Assistance

Step 1: Contact CommunityWorks in West Virginia for intake. Housing counseling is available through their Home Ownership Center. A $100 course fee applies for homebuyer education. CommunityWorks works with 27 nonprofit partners statewide.
