How to Apply for Couleecap Homeownership Program
Step 1: Contact Couleecap at 608-782-4877 or 608-775-3454. Applicant must provide a cash contribution of $1,000 or 1% of purchase price (whichever is greater). Must complete a HUD-approved first-time homebuyer education class. Maximum total cash assets of $25,000.
