• First-time buyer required: No
• Geographic restrictions: Available in 51 eligible Cuyahoga County communities. Excludes Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, East Cleveland, Euclid, and Lakewood (those cities have their own programs).
• Homebuyer education required: Yes
