How to Apply for Dane County Momentum Homebuyer Program
Step 1: Contact the Home Buyers Round Table at homebuyersroundtable.org for information and to begin the application process. You must complete homebuyer education and meet income requirements. Work with a participating lender to coordinate the deferred loan with your first mortgage.
