How to Apply for Eden Prairie First-Time/First-Generation Homebuyer Program
Step 1: Contact Eden Prairie Housing and Community Services staff at 952-949-8486. Funds may be used for up to 50% of down payment, up to 100% of closing costs (not exceeding ,500), or to reduce mortgage principal up to 15% of purchase price.
