Eligibility
- Income limits: Households earning between 45% and 80% of HUD's Area Median Income for Larimer County.
- First-time buyer required: No
- Geographic restrictions: Applicants must live or work in Fort Collins or surrounding rural areas of Larimer County. All household members must be U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents. Home must be primary residence.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
