How to Apply for Fridley Down Payment Assistance Deferred Loan
Step 1: Apply through the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), which administers the loan on behalf of the Fridley HRA. Buyers must complete a Home Stretch workshop or other valid HUD-approved homebuyer course before closing. A signed and executed purchase agreement plus the application must be submitted at least four weeks prior to closing.
