Loan term up to 30 years. If the borrower has not sold or transferred title and still occupies the property 30 years from the date of the loan, the loan is 100% forgiven.

How to Apply for Fridley Down Payment Assistance Deferred Loan

Step 1: Apply through the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), which administers the loan on behalf of the Fridley HRA. Buyers must complete a Home Stretch workshop or other valid HUD-approved homebuyer course before closing. A signed and executed purchase agreement plus the application must be submitted at least four weeks prior to closing.
