How to Apply for Grand Rapids Homebuyer Assistance Fund

Step 1: Complete an approved homebuyer education course from ICCF Community Homes or another approved provider. Contact the City of Grand Rapids Community Development Department at (616) 456-3677 or communitydev@grcity.us to apply. The property must pass a detailed inspection. You must occupy the home as your primary residence for at least five years.

Notes

Funds can be used for down payment, closing costs, and prepaid expenses. Must be at least 18 years old.
