How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity Lakeside Homeownership Program
Step 1: Contact Habitat for Humanity Lakeside at 920-458-3399. Applicants must demonstrate need for adequate housing, ability to pay a Habitat mortgage, and willingness to partner with Habitat through 250-500 sweat equity hours. Must attend homebuyer education classes. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Application process takes 18-24 months. Cannot have filed for bankruptcy within the past 3 years. Must not have outstanding collections, liens, or judgments that cannot be paid off by closing.
