Eligibility
- Income limits: Households earning less than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size.
- First-time buyer required: No
- Geographic restrictions: Applicants must have lived or worked in metro Denver (Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, or Jefferson counties) for at least 6 months. Home must be a primary residence.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver Homeownership Program
Submit the Homeownership Program Eligibility Questionnaire on habitatmetrodenver.org or call 720-496-2726. Approved applicants invest sweat equity hours and complete homebuyer education before purchase.
