Step 1: Contact Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Ohio Valley to apply. Applicants are selected based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat (sweat equity hours), and ability to repay an affordable mortgage.

Formed from a merger of Wood County HFH and Washington County HFH in 2016. Has built more than 100 homes and served over 500 individuals in 30+ years. Goal of building and/or repairing 14 homes annually. Certified CHDO with the Parkersburg-Wood County Housing Consortium.
