  • Geographic restrictions: Serves residents of Greene, Christian, and Webster Counties. Partner homebuyers must be willing to live where Habitat is building/renovating (currently Greene County, MO).

How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, MO Homebuying Program

Step 1: 1. Attend a Habitat Springfield information session or request an application. Contact Nancy Williams, Partner Services Director, at 417-829-4001 x 105. 2. Submit an application during one of Habitat's twice-monthly application sessions. 3. Complete the Tools for Life financial and homeownership education curriculum. 4. Complete required sweat equity hours on your home and other Habitat builds. 5. Close on your home with a 0% interest Habitat mortgage.
