How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County Homeownership Program
Step 1: Submit an application to Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County. Selection is based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat, and ability to repay an affordable mortgage. Complete 200 hours of sweat equity per adult applicant working on Habitat homes and at the Habitat ReStore. Complete required homebuyer education courses.
