- Geographic restrictions: Must reside in Cabell County, WV for at least 6 months. Also serves Wayne County, WV, Lawrence County, OH, Scioto County, OH, Boyd County, KY, and Greenup County, KY.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of the Tri-State Homeownership
Attend a homeowner application seminar (the only time applications are distributed). Call (304) 523-4822 for upcoming seminar dates. Applicants are selected based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat (sweat equity), and ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
