How to Apply for HACC Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program
Step 1: Active HACC Housing Choice Voucher holders can apply by contacting HACC about the Homeownership Program. Participants must complete HUD-approved homebuyer education, meet HACC's employment requirement (waived for elderly/disabled households), and qualify for a mortgage. Once approved, the voucher pays a portion of the monthly mortgage payment.
