- Geographic restrictions: Properties must be in Franklin County, OUTSIDE the City of Columbus jurisdiction
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Homeport Down Payment Assistance Program
Contact Homeport at 614-221-8889 ext 148 or dpa@homeportohio.org. You must complete HUD-certified housing counseling through Homeport or another HUD-approved agency and have a certificate at the time of application. A minimum of $500 in personal funds is required as an equity contribution.
