- Geographic restrictions: 14 active suburban Hennepin County communities including Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Edina, Eden Prairie, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, New Hope, Richfield, St. Louis Park, and Wayzata.

How to Apply for Homes Within Reach Community Land Trust
Step 1: Contact Homes Within Reach to attend a buyer orientation. Complete homebuyer education and counseling. Once approved, choose from CLT inventory as homes become available.
