- Geographic restrictions: 14 active suburban Hennepin County communities including Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Edina, Eden Prairie, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, New Hope, Richfield, St. Louis Park, and Wayzata.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes

Contact Homes Within Reach to attend a buyer orientation. Complete homebuyer education and counseling. Once approved, choose from CLT inventory as homes become available.
