Step 1: 1. Confirm the property is in the City of St. Louis. 2. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course. 3. Get pre-approved with an approved participating lender. 4. Reserve funds through your lender once SLDC reopens the program. 5. Close on your home and occupy as your primary residence for the full 15-year term.
