How to Apply for City of Huntsville Down Payment Assistance Program (DAP)

Step 1: Contact the City of Huntsville Community Development Department at 256-427-5400. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course through Family Services Center or Community Action Partnership. Work with an approved lender to apply.
