Match funds are provided as a grant at closing. To receive the maximum $2,500, the buyer must contribute at least $3,750 from other sources.
Eligibility
- Income limits: Must be a current Reno County resident who is not already a property owner.
- First-time buyer required: No
- Geographic restrictions: Home must be purchased in one of the City of Hutchinson's featured neighborhoods: Southwest Bricktown, Creekside, Midtown, College Grove, Grace Arbor, Houston Whiteside, or The Founders.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes

Step 1: Apply through Interfaith Housing & Community Services at (620) 662-8370 or 1326 East Avenue A, Hutchinson, KS 67501. Applicants must complete the Hutchinson Area Homebuyers Club, which includes an eHomeAmerica Homebuyer Education course and one homeownership counseling session.
