How to Apply for Interfaith CASH IDA Program

Step 1: Contact Interfaith Housing & Community Services to enroll in the CASH IDA program. Buyers commit to a savings plan and complete required homebuyer education through eHomeAmerica plus counseling sessions; saved funds are matched 2:1 at closing for an approved primary-residence purchase.
