How to Apply for Jackson Housing Authority Homeownership Voucher Program

Step 1: Contact the Jackson Housing Authority at 125 Preston Street, Jackson, TN 38303 or call (731) 422-1671. You must be a current Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) or public housing participant. Complete homeownership financial literacy training through the Jackson Housing Authority. Get pre-approved for a mortgage. The voucher can be used to purchase new, existing, or manufactured housing.
