How to Apply for Kingsport Housing Authority Homeownership Program
Contact Hope Caruthers at hopecaruthers@kingsporthousing.org or 423-392-2545. You must be a current Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority housing program participant for at least one year and in good standing. If applicable, you must be enrolled in or have graduated from the Family Self Sufficiency Program. You must have one year of continuous full-time employment averaging 30 hours per week. Complete required homebuyer education and credit counseling through KHRA.
