How to Apply for Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity
Applications open the first week of July and are due the first week of August each year. Selected families are matched to a home that will be built approximately two years after application. Each Partner Family must complete 300-550 sweat equity hours, demonstrate ability to pay an affordable mortgage, and show housing need (overcrowding, structural problems, or paying more than 30% of gross income for housing).
