How to Apply for Larimer Home Ownership Program (LHoP)
Download the application at larimer.gov/housing/owners or call 970-635-5931. Submit proof of income, family size, lender pre-qualification, and a $60 application fee to LHoP at 375 W. 37th Street, Suite 200, Loveland, CO 80538. Buyer must contribute 1% of the purchase price. Complete an approved first-time homebuyer training class before closing.
