- Geographic restrictions: Home must be located within the Lee's Summit city limits.
- Homebuyer education required: No
How to Apply for Lee's Summit First-Time Homebuyer Program
Step 1: Submit a completed application packet to the City of Lee's Summit Development Services Department. Required documents include: the First-Time Homebuyer application, a notarized certification of first-time homebuyer status, income eligibility form and proof of income, pre-approval letter from the lender, and proof of address.
