Eligibility
- Income limits: $114,750 to $163,900 (70% to 100% of Area Median Income, regardless of family size)
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have had ownership interest in real property in the past 3 years.
- Credit score minimum: 620
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home in Loudoun County. Must live and/or work in Loudoun County for a minimum of 6 months.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Loudoun County DPCC Plus Program
Step 1: Submit a complete application with a ratified sales contract to the Loudoun County Department of Housing and Community Development at P.O. Box 7000, Leesburg, VA 20177. Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact 703-737-8323 for details.
