How to Apply for Mandan Renaissance Zone Tax Exemption

Step 1: A Renaissance Zone project must be approved by the City of Mandan AND the North Dakota Department of Commerce BEFORE the qualifying activity (purchase, new construction, lease, or rehabilitation) takes place. Apply through the City of Mandan Business Development and Communication Office at 205 Second Avenue NW, Mandan, ND 58554, or call 701-667-3485.
