How to Apply for Mandan Renaissance Zone Tax Exemption
Step 1: A Renaissance Zone project must be approved by the City of Mandan AND the North Dakota Department of Commerce BEFORE the qualifying activity (purchase, new construction, lease, or rehabilitation) takes place.
