How to Apply for Marion County HOME Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Apply online at bit.ly/MarionCoDPA. Complete a homebuyer training course through Dev Northwest or the Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority. Property must meet HUD housing quality standards and be priced at 95% or lower of the area median home price.
