How to Apply for Minot Area Community Land Trust
Step 1: Complete online homebuyer education and submit an application via email to info@minotclt.org. Get pre-approved through a MACLT-participating lender (First International Bank & Trust or Gate City Bank are current participating lenders). Call 218-791-4668 with questions.
